Ken is the classically trained chef and owner of NY Soup Exchange in Garden City, with over 40 years of culinary experience. The NY Soup Exchange, founded by Chef Ken D. Kaplan on June 24, 1997, is located at 945 Franklin Avenue in Garden City, New York. In addition to a variety of soups, the restaurant offers wrap sandwiches, custom-made salads, and grain bowls. The restaurant's hours of operation are Monday through Friday, from 11 am to 3 pm, and it is closed on weekends and holidays.
